Conciliation policy
At Castellana Properties we are aware of the new social demands and we are especially sensitive to the conciliation policies of the personal and professional lives of the company's employees. With the aim of seeking strategies that are beneficial both for the competitiveness of the company and for the needs of our employees and their family environment, since October 2021, Castellana Properties has implemented a hybrid system of remote working and flexible working hours, so that our employees have the possibility of working two days from home with a flexible schedule that adapts the working day to the needs of each family.
Social actions in shopping centers
Castellana Properties develops numerous social actions collaborating with different associations in all our shopping centers, among others AECC, Cruz Roja, ASPAS, PREDIF Castilla y León, AFA Torrevieja...
It is worth mentioning, the launch of “No lo Sigas” campaign in May 2021, aimed at tackling bullying at school and especially bullying online. The campaign run at every shopping center in the company’s portfolio.
Castellana Properties has teamed up with the Spanish Association for the Prevention of Classroom Bullying (AEPAE) and it has included educational events in our shopping centers and in local schools.
The “No lo Sigas” campaign has been granted in the category “Digital and mobile” in the field “Webs, Apps and Game” by the Chupete Awards.
