CRREM is a tool financed by the EU and aligned with GRESB, which defines a decarbonization pathway so that real estate assets remain aligned with the Paris Agreement goals.

Castellana Properties intends to update the assessment every year, including each time as much data as possible, making fewer estimations to obtain more reliable results and considering the most stringent decarbonization scenarios that CRREM publishes.
