In 100% of our shopping centres in Spain, we carry out continuous monitoring of indoor air quality in common areas. Integrating key parameters such as CO₂, volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), PM2.5 and PM10 particles. This data is managed through of BMS (Building Management Systems) systems, which incorporate specific probes for real-time control, which allows us to act proactively in the event of any deviation and guarantee healthy and safe indoor environments.

Accessibility

All Castellana Properties assets comply with the applicable accessibility regulations, ensuring that all clients can fully enjoy the services of the shopping centres and retail parks, regardless of their capabilities.

In addition, Castellana Properties has signed an agreement with the Foundation for Accessibility and Social Responsibility (ARS) for the verification and certification of the degree of accessibility of all shopping centres according to the AIS standard, to improve the provision of services for customers, conceiving accessibility in an integral way and as another dimension of the company's social responsibility.
