• Today at 12:00 p.m., the first section of the underground parking reopens, with the full facility expected to be fully operational by the end of summer.

• Since its reopening in February, Bonaire has added more than 7 new brands, seen store expansions such as Parfois, and is set to welcome additional new openings this month.

• Bonaire continues to strengthen its growth, closing the first half of the year with a 5% increase in sales.

Bonaire, the leading shopping center in the Valencian Community, will reopen the first section of its underground parking facility today at 12:00 p.m., following several months of rehabilitation work. In this first phase, around 1,000 parking spaces will be made available, adding to the more than 4,000 surface-level spaces already in operation.

The works carried out included maintenance and upgrades across the entire infrastructure, with the goal of fully restoring the underground parking service, which will offer a total of 1,800 spaces. Renovation works are still underway, and the second phase of the progressive reopening is scheduled for late summer, at which point the facility will become fully operational with 5,821 spaces available to visitors.

This increase in parking capacity comes at a time when Bonaire has also expanded its retail and dining offer. Since its reopening in February, the shopping center has welcomed seven new operators, including Bobby’s, Santagloria, Manolo Bakes, and the ice cream shop Myka Greek in the food and beverage segment, as well as Miniso and Joyería Siglo XXI in fashion and accessories. The most recent addition is Normal, the popular Danish chain of everyday products, which opened its doors on Saturday, July 12. In parallel with the reopening process, Parfois has reopened with an expanded store, and Canitas and Soloptical are also set to open later this month.

Despite part of the parking still being closed during these initial months of reopening, Bonaire has experienced growth not only in the number of new international brands choosing the center, but also in sales. From February to May 2025, Bonaire recorded a 5.5% increase in sales compared to the same period last year.

Bonaire: A center in constant motion

Bonaire has established itself as one of the most dynamic shopping destinations in Valencia, offering year-round events and activities. This summer has been no exception, with high-energy happenings like the recent K-pop Random Dance, which gathered hundreds of participants, as well as family-friendly initiatives like the “Kids Eat Free” campaign. Unique in the city, this initiative allows children to enjoy free meals at many of the center’s restaurants from Monday to Thursday.

The center has also launched a completely redesigned app, featuring a more intuitive interface and new functionalities to improve the visitor experience. Through the app, users can stay up to date with events, access exclusive promotions, and join the new Club Bonaire, a loyalty program offering perks and surprises simply for being a member.
