The Spanish firm has experienced strong development in recent months. Thus, in its half-yearly results covering the period from April to September 2019, it obtained a consolidated net profit of €33.8 M, which represents 84% more than in the same period of the previous year, and an EBITDA of €23.8 M. The 18 assets of Castellana Properties, with a gross asset value of €1,028.4 M, currently have 373,022 m² of gross leasable area and a healthy occupancy rate of 98.63%.
These reflect the firm's clear commitment to retail, as 95% of the total gross leasable area belong to assets of this type. Castellana Properties has a very well diversified retail portfolio with a low risk thanks to more than 600 tenants, 93% of them National & International.
