Castellana Properties, the specialist listed retail property firm, has received a visit from the Mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz at the Los Arcos shopping centre. During the visit, the Mayor had the opportunity to discover first-hand all the details of the second phase of the refurbishment.

The main aim of this renovation project is to strengthen the centre’s leading position in Seville, redesigning the leisure and food court area to make it even more attractive. The project’s second phase will welcome a new bowling alley and will also see the existing cinema maintained. Both venues will be surrounded with well-known restaurant chains that will create a new-look bustling space filled with diverse entertainment for visitors. There will be a total of 13 new leading restaurant and leisure brands added to the wide variety already on offer in the centre – a go-to destination in the region.
