It is a modern design shopping centre built in 2005 with a gross lettable area of 25,021 m2. It has 56 commercial premises distributed over three floors, two above ground for commercial activity and one below ground that combines commercial use with a parking area. The shopping centre has an open Mediterranean architecture, where visitors can enjoy the climate while strolling. It is also part of a shopping area with large stores such as Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona and other attractions such as a bowling alley and eight IMF cinemas.
