Los Arcos, located in one of the key areas of Seville, has a total gross leasable area of 35,634 m2, of which 26,577 m2 are owned by Castellana Properties. Divided into two floors of commercial gallery, Los Arcos is currently one of the largest shopping centres in the city of Seville. With over 80 brands, it has become a prominent urban retail destination in Seville, featuring leading brands such as Pull&Bear, Kiabi, C&A, Unión Cine Ciudad, Lefties, Deichmann, Primor, Bershka, McDonald's, and Foster's Hollywood, among others. Additionally, Los Arcos offers free underground parking with 1,800 spaces.
Inaugurated in 1992 in conjunction with the Universal Exposition, it was the first shopping centre in the city and has had a completely renovated image and architecture since 2013, with wide and well-lit corridors to enhance the customer experience. Following Castellana Properties' acquisition of the hypermarket space in 2019, the shopping centre has enhanced its commercial offer on the ground floor with renowned brands such as Mercadona, Pepco, Media Markt, and Espaço Casa. This recent renovation received the award for "Best Small Renovation" at the XVIII Spanish Congress of Shopping Centres and Retail Parks.
The current expansion project underway at the shopping centre will include the adjacent office building to Los Arcos, with a gross leasable area of 4,600 m2 spread over four floors. The building will be transformed to increase the leisure and dining options within the shopping centre, further solidifying its leadership position in Seville.
As part of Castellana Properties, the relationship between business growth and environmental sustainability is a key strategic focus at Los Arcos. For this reason, the shopping centre is committed to solidarity initiatives and actions, as well as supporting the local economy, promoting and consuming clean energy such as photovoltaic panels for self-consumption, among other efforts.
