Pinatar Park was inaugurated in December 2016 and is located to the southwest of San Pedro del Pinatar, a coastal town 35 kilometres southeast of Murcia. The park is strategically situated on the N-232, featuring a large frontage visible from the access points, and is adjacent to the Dos Mares shopping centre.
The park has a total gross lettable area of 16,426 m², of which 13,261 m² are owned by Castellana Properties. Among the 12 operators, notable ones include Leroy Merlin, Kiwoko, and Burger King.
